Senior Property Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Account Executive to drive revenue growth by securing and maximizing opportunities within multi-family/property management client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue within a Book of Business consisting of various sized Property Management companies
• Prospect new clients while maintaining a focus on client retention and growth
• Track and report on account performance and sales pipeline using Clari and Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry
• Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property/multifamily vertical or a closely related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
