Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute the vision for the Renewals team in the Enterprise Sales segment
  • Ensure the team meets retention targets and delivers exceptional customer experiences
  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams in strategic negotiations and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration, renewals management, consulting, project management, sales, or sales operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree AND 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Preferred: 4+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of people management experience
