  • Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate and improve compensation plans and structures
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in designing and managing compensation plans
  • Experience in change management and influencing decisions
  • Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
  • Strong data and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan)
  • Successful senior stakeholder engagement, particularly with sales
