A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams
- Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting
- Analyze sales data to evaluate and improve compensation plans and structures
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in designing and managing compensation plans
- Experience in change management and influencing decisions
- Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
- Strong data and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan)
- Successful senior stakeholder engagement, particularly with sales
