Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Commercial to lead and grow their mid-market sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a team of 5+ mid-market Account Executives (AEs) responsible for new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) generation
- Own quarterly revenue targets and pipeline forecasts for the commercial segment
- Coach and ramp AEs through structured onboarding, training, and real-time development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience with a strong individual contributor background
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep familiarity with velocity/transactional sales cycles (30-60 day deals, multiple touchpoints)
- Track record managing SMB to Mid-Market AEs with strong results
- Experience building structure, process, and onboarding/training systems from scratch
