- Manage a ticketing queue, addressing requests and resolving cases promptly
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
- Proficient in SQL for complex data analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace services
- Ability to perform analyses using spreadsheets, including lookups and pivots
