Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering and Product Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Machine Learning Engineers and Product Managers
• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate future headcount needs and develop sourcing plans
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house or with agency/search
• 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Proven success in building pipelines for various technical roles from Senior to VP levels
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools to manage pipelines and provide data-driven insights
• Ability to mentor others and contribute to team performance improvement initiatives
