A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering and Product Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Machine Learning Engineers and Product Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate future headcount needs and develop sourcing plans
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house or with agency/search
- 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Proven success in building pipelines for various technical roles from Senior to VP levels
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools to manage pipelines and provide data-driven insights
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to team performance improvement initiatives
