A company is looking for a Service Executive IV to manage client relationships and oversee service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall servicing relationships for assigned clients across various business lines
- Coordinate client servicing requests and advocate for client needs to improve service and revenue
- Consult with senior leadership and business partners to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Seven years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Project Management experience preferred
