Key Responsibilities
- Create forecasts for various support channels across multiple business lines
- Assist in capacity planning by translating forecasted volumes into staffing requirements
- Analyze large datasets and prepare executive-level reports on forecast accuracy and resource needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management and volume forecasting
- 2+ years of experience in forecasting support needs driven by B2B sales
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with WFM software tools
- Proficiency in BI technologies such as Tableau and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
