Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Proven expertise in ITOM and Event Management
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (Event Management)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong consultancy skills
