Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated specialty pharmacy partners, addressing inquiries and resolving performance-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs supporting business objectives for specialty pharmacy services
- Manage specialty pharmacy contractual requirements and uphold key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field with 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of managed care and pharmacy benefit cost management levers preferred
- Project management experience preferred, with the ability to track complex projects
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred
