Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute interview scheduling while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Prepare and process offer letters, and initiate and monitor background checks and references
- Manage monthly expense reports for Talent Acquisition expenditures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of ATS Greenhouse
- Experience with interview scheduling and candidate management processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Experience with HR operations and transitions for new hires
