A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve HRIS inquiries and maintain positive client relations
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, and documentation of HR processes
- Collaborate with peers to improve the end-user experience of HR systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or information systems; HR and Workday experience preferred
- Understanding of HR processes and data related to HR information systems
- Knowledge of global data privacy laws, specifically CCPA and GDPR
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
