Key Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruiting by identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates using innovative tactics
• Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit while serving as the primary contact throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in logistics and operations
• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates
• Experience partnering with key stakeholders and hiring managers
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
