A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I, responsible for providing top-tier security support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical assistance to clients via tickets and phone for troubleshooting cybersecurity product issues
- Diagnose technical security problems and maintain operational awareness of client environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report bugs and enhance overall maintenance performance
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Security+ or other relevant certifications
- One to three years of experience with monitoring programs in a large enterprise or managed services provider
- Experience in large-scale service delivery in a managed services environment
- Must possess authority to access federally controlled data as required by law
