Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage customer-impacting incidents on their cloud-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of reported issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related Engineering with 3+ years in support engineering
  • Strong Linux system administration skills (CentOS/RHEL)
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and APIs
  • Relevant experience in web hosting environments
