Key Responsibilities
- Manage client success initiatives by tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Maintain reporting on client deliverables and key milestones to support client success strategies
- Act as a project coordinator, ensuring alignment of deliverables, timelines, and expectations across client accounts
Required Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Required: 2+ years of experience in project coordination and/or client-facing support
- Preferred: Prior experience within the healthcare industry, including pharmacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and commitment to client service excellence
