Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst to ensure seamless service delivery in the direct-to-consumer channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client success initiatives by tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders
  • Maintain reporting on client deliverables and key milestones to support client success strategies
  • Act as a project coordinator, ensuring alignment of deliverables, timelines, and expectations across client accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Required: 2+ years of experience in project coordination and/or client-facing support
  • Preferred: Prior experience within the healthcare industry, including pharmacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and commitment to client service excellence
