Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical assistance for software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support to customers and internal staff
  • Triage support requests through various channels and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain documentation related to software applications
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or customer service
  • A minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and understand relational databases
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration is preferred
