Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to customers and internal staff

- Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain documentation related to software applications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or customer service
- A minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and understand relational databases
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration is preferred
