Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Liability (REMOTE TX or WI).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensure proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims, including attending mediations and trials
• Coordinate vendor management and oversee Defense Counsels assigned to litigated claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience required
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Must acquire NY adjuster's license within six months of hire
