Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Agent (Account Resolution Representative).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to perform collections activity
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
