A company is looking for a Member Experience Representative in Health Plan Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welcome, disenrollment, member check-in, and health screening reminder calls to health plan members
- Maintain documentation in SharePoint and other systems to accurately capture call outcomes
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to support a positive member experience
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
