Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless patient experience
  • Assist patients with access to support program resources and navigate reimbursement processes
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field, preferred
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field, preferred
  • Previous social work or case management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare and experience with pharmacy/medical claims billing and coding is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
