A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Assist patients with access to support program resources and navigate reimbursement processes
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field, preferred
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field, preferred
- Previous social work or case management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and experience with pharmacy/medical claims billing and coding is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
