Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage overall contact center operations, including workforce and schedule management
  • Participate in efforts to improve overall performance and ensure quality assurance
  • Engage with clients and respond to Government requests while providing direct customer support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
  • 4 years of contact center experience
  • 2 years of contact center supervisory experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements
  • A reliable, hard-wired internet connection is required
