A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage overall contact center operations, including workforce and schedule management
- Participate in efforts to improve overall performance and ensure quality assurance
- Engage with clients and respond to Government requests while providing direct customer support as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
- 4 years of contact center experience
- 2 years of contact center supervisory experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements
- A reliable, hard-wired internet connection is required
