Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, identify issues, and provide resolutions while up-selling/cross-selling products
- Document customer accounts accurately in client systems
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM
