Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer for VA, MD, NC & DC roles, with remote options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and compliant
• Determines appropriate loan program placement and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains communication with clients and referral sources throughout the loan process, tracking progress and meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Experience in maintaining a professional image and compliance with company policies
