Job Summary
A company is looking for a Yardi Support Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Field client requests via ticketing system, email, and phone
- Monitor and prioritize Level 2 and Level 3 tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Provide remote training and installation services for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience
- Yardi experience is required
- Experience assisting clients with business processes such as reconciling receivables
- Experience supporting desktop and enterprise applications in a corporate or client service environment
- Experience with MS SQL queries and relational databases is preferred
