Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for mid-market and enterprise multifamily property management companies
- Engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and aligning solutions with their business objectives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in real estate, property tech, or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a collaborative mindset
