Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients, brokers, and external partners
- Coordinates client-specific strategic action plans and provides consultative solutions
- Delivers presentations and reports, and manages new client implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or related industry
- Strong knowledge of EAP and health insurance products
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Solid presentation skills
