- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 educational institution accounts as the primary point of contact
- Ensure effective account activation, onboarding, and renewal processes for customers
- Analyze account health and collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and growth
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software/technology account management or sales experience
- Proven record of revenue growth and client retention success
- Strong business acumen with a data-informed approach to client health
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Familiarity with academic institutions or health professions education is a plus
