AI Business Process Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Area Specialist - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers to drive digital transformation and convert opportunities into deals
• Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify market needs and develop solutions
• Builds and manages customer relationships, pipelines, and forecasts resource needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
• Experience leading discussions with customer stakeholders in cloud-based systems such as Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to successfully complete a Microsoft Cloud background screening
• Verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions related to government agency customers
• Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field AND 3+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
