A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 support for production applications and perform incident management
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability
- Utilize observability tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and capture metrics for applications
Required Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 product support roles
- Experience as a Support Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on applications
- Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools like Splunk and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes
- Background in DevOps practices and scripting experience with Python
