Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving data platform and infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary
- Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot application-related issues
- Document and improve production support processes and assist in the creation of incident and change request tickets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent training
- 2-4 years of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux environments
- Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools
- Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
- Project management experience is required
