Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide post-sales technical leadership and support to its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical tickets and assist customers with product-related inquiries
- Develop troubleshooting best practices and create Knowledge Articles for self-service support
- Act as the voice of the customer to relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical product support or engineering
- Experience debugging common errors with end-users
- Strong understanding of technology value propositions and business problems
- Experience with *nix scripting and familiarity with Git
- Solid knowledge of ops/infrastructure, particularly networking and security
