Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide post-sales technical leadership and support to its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical tickets and assist customers with product-related inquiries
  • Develop troubleshooting best practices and create Knowledge Articles for self-service support
  • Act as the voice of the customer to relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical product support or engineering
  • Experience debugging common errors with end-users
  • Strong understanding of technology value propositions and business problems
  • Experience with *nix scripting and familiarity with Git
  • Solid knowledge of ops/infrastructure, particularly networking and security
