Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for improving supportability and support platforms
- Analyze customer support cases to identify friction points and drive product improvements
- Develop and prioritize feature requests and create training materials for support teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in platform products, preferably in support or serviceability
- Experience with support operations and understanding support team challenges
- Strong analytical skills to analyze case data and identify trends
- Experience with data, AI, and cloud systems
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Jira
