Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Supportability Product Specialist, Supportability and Support Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the product vision and roadmap for improving supportability and support platforms
  • Analyze customer support cases to identify friction points and drive product improvements
  • Develop and prioritize feature requests and create training materials for support teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in platform products, preferably in support or serviceability
  • Experience with support operations and understanding support team challenges
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze case data and identify trends
  • Experience with data, AI, and cloud systems
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Jira
