Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist to manage customer onboarding projects and support various technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale technical projects involving cross-functional teams and monitor project performance
  • Oversee customer onboarding for various SAP products and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of PMO standards and influence process improvements within the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in Technical Project/Program management
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud/IT operations or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience working within an SAP environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process and cloud technical requirements
