Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist to manage customer onboarding projects and support various technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale technical projects involving cross-functional teams and monitor project performance
- Oversee customer onboarding for various SAP products and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of PMO standards and influence process improvements within the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in Technical Project/Program management
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud/IT operations or related fields
- 3+ years of experience working within an SAP environment
- Experience with ServiceNow and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process and cloud technical requirements
