A company is looking for an Applications Support Specialist to provide technical support for digital ecommerce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support and troubleshooting for digital applications
- Communicate with customers and technical teams to resolve support issues
- Train and mentor new hires and Level 1 team members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of applicable experience
- Intermediate understanding of PCs, operating systems, networks, and databases
- Experience in PC and application troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
