Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Technician - TRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
• Provide accurate documentation on maintenance and repair events, ensuring necessary work is done at fair prices
• Maintain monthly metrics and follow appropriate preventative maintenance schedules

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
