Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, DEI & Culture Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the DEI strategy by analyzing employee engagement data and collaborating with stakeholders
- Project manage DEI initiatives, monitoring their impact and making data-driven adjustments
- Design and implement DEI-related trainings and resources in partnership with the Learning & Development team
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- A minimum of seven years of global experience in mid-to-senior level DEI or culture-related roles
- Deep understanding of global DEI practices, regulations, and trends
- Experience in developing DEI education and facilitating learning spaces
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive topics with discretion
