Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees, ensuring proper system setup and support
- Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and collaborate across departments to keep training materials current
- Develop and conduct training sessions, including Lunch and Learn events, to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 5+ years of TPA administration experience in a similar or related position required
- Strong understanding of TPA Administration processes on FT Williams required
- Experience with graphic/creative tools and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Industry credentials (ASPPA/NIPA) preferred
