Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees, ensuring proper system setup and support
  • Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and collaborate across departments to keep training materials current
  • Develop and conduct training sessions, including Lunch and Learn events, to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 5+ years of TPA administration experience in a similar or related position required
  • Strong understanding of TPA Administration processes on FT Williams required
  • Experience with graphic/creative tools and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
  • Industry credentials (ASPPA/NIPA) preferred
