Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst who supports large-scale systems through design, implementation, upgrades, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop/configure, test, document, and modify computer systems or programs based on user specifications
- Maintain automated business workflows, define requirements, and oversee testing prior to implementation
- Collaborate with functional area experts on new functionality projects and assist in preparation for software vendor updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience with HRIS or ERP systems
- Systems implementation experience preferred
- Experience with reporting and dashboard/metrics distribution and analysis preferred
- Strong preference for experience with HRIS or ERP software systems
