Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager / Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a PeopleOps team of up to five members
- Own and deliver high-priority PeopleOps projects such as compensation frameworks and compliance rollouts
- Act as a subject-matter expert on global mobility, immigration, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in PeopleOps / HR, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing PeopleOps/HR teams in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
- Deep expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe
- Strong knowledge of cross-border employment structures
- Track record of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
