People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a PeopleOps team of up to five members
• Own and deliver high-priority PeopleOps projects such as compensation frameworks and compliance rollouts
• Act as a subject-matter expert on global mobility, immigration, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in PeopleOps / HR, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing PeopleOps/HR teams in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
• Deep expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe
• Strong knowledge of cross-border employment structures
• Track record of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
