A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources to oversee HR business partnering, employee relations, and HR operations enterprise-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance and support on talent planning and performance management
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and continuous improvement of core HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including people management and oversight of HR functions
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and HR technology
- Experience in consulting or the professional services industry is preferred
