• Proactively source and build pipelines of passive candidates for Revenue & GTM roles
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and creative sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Revenue/GTM roles
• Proven success in engaging passive talent and building pipelines in competitive markets
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once
• Collaborative and adaptable, energized by connecting people to opportunity
