Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and build pipelines of passive candidates for Revenue & GTM roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach and creative sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Revenue/GTM roles
- Proven success in engaging passive talent and building pipelines in competitive markets
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once
- Collaborative and adaptable, energized by connecting people to opportunity
