A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to assist in gathering and analyzing data, supporting HRIS development, and optimizing workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Support the development and rollout of HRIS and other IT systems
- Optimize workflow processes by building tailored applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or related field is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus five years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Three years of HRIS Analyst or related experience is preferred
- Workday certification in designated functionality module(s) is preferred
