Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job architecture and leveling program, ensuring pay transparency readiness
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including base salary, bonuses, and sales incentives
  • Drive modernization of compensation processes and tools, and manage implementation projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Significant compensation experience (typically 8+ years) in broad-based and sales/GTM plan design
  • Proven success in leading large-scale compensation projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience managing and developing team members
  • Must have Workday compensation experience
