Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job architecture and leveling program, ensuring pay transparency readiness
- Oversee annual compensation cycles, including base salary, bonuses, and sales incentives
- Drive modernization of compensation processes and tools, and manage implementation projects
Required Qualifications:
- Significant compensation experience (typically 8+ years) in broad-based and sales/GTM plan design
- Proven success in leading large-scale compensation projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience managing and developing team members
- Must have Workday compensation experience
