Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain data within the company's HRIS platform(s)
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation processes
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to streamline workflows and integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms
- Experience with system implementation or migration projects
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and data processes
- Technical proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably with Paycom and Rippling
