Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain data within the company's HRIS platform(s)
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation processes
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to streamline workflows and integrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms
  • Experience with system implementation or migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and data processes
  • Technical proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably with Paycom and Rippling
