Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement a talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and workforce needs
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and ensure a consistent candidate experience
  • Lead team development and cultivate relationships with executive leaders to establish recruitment plans
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Director role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing TA teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning
  • Expertise with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting metrics
