Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Support Analyst to manage and optimize Workday configurations and support HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Workday configurations, security assignments, and maintain business processes
- Configure and support core HCM functionality and partner with Talent Acquisition on workflows
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration/configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of HCM Core and Recruiting modules
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Report Writer
- Understanding of Workday security framework and business process configuration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
