Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market access initiatives and foster relationships with regional healthcare accounts
• Ensure profitable access for products across pharmacy and medical benefits while optimizing contract outcomes
• Develop account strategies and execute business engagement for assigned products with key leaders in health systems

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management
• Preferred experience in infusion site of care settings
• Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems
• Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
