Vice President of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a data-driven revenue operations strategy across the GTM organization
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue-generating initiatives
• Design and refine pipeline models to manage opportunities through the funnel and provide insights to sales leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth startups or SaaS organizations
• Experience in building scalable revenue systems, including sales pipeline optimization and forecasting
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with sales and marketing metrics and analytics tools
• Strong leadership background that promotes inclusivity and drives performance improvements
• Expertise in data analysis with the ability to translate raw data into actionable strategies
