Job Summary
A company is looking for an Auto Finance Customer Service Coordinator (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about products and services
- Answer inbound calls, assist customers with account questions, and guide them through the online enrollment process
- Build trust with customers, strive for first call resolution, and manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Preferred: At least 1 year of auto finance experience
- Preferred: At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
