Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Finance Customer Service Coordinator (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about products and services
  • Answer inbound calls, assist customers with account questions, and guide them through the online enrollment process
  • Build trust with customers, strive for first call resolution, and manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of auto finance experience
  • Preferred: At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
